Seaworthy Packing Service Overview

Our comprehensive solution includes:

1. Securing Equipment Against Movement
   Full stabilization across all axes (X, Y, Z) using certified lashing methods. We provide an official Lashing Certificate issued by licensed inspectors from internationally recognized certification authorities.
2. Impact and Shock Protection
   Use of custom-engineered wooden boxes with reinforced frames and shock-absorbing foam tailored to the size and weight of each unit.
3. Anti-Corrosion Protection
   Vacuum-sealed packaging using VCI-treated alufoil, combined with desiccants to eliminate internal humidity. Depending on the equipment type, we may include additional VCI materials such as powders, tablets, and specialized coatings.
4. Moisture & Water Barrier
   Special plastic film is applied over the top of the packaging to block water ingress. Crates include passive ventilation vents to prevent internal moisture buildup.
5. Certified and Compliant Materials
   All wooden boxes are built from kiln-dried timber in compliance with the ISPM-15/IPPC standard, accompanied by the appropriate certification.
6. Transport Safety & Labelling
   Wooden boxes are clearly marked with all necessary shipping labels and contain a detailed Packing List of contents for easy tracking and handling.
7. Heavy-Duty Reinforcements
   For loads exceeding specific dimensions and weights, boxes  are reinforced externally to support secure lashing during sea or intermodal transport.
