What is ISPM 15?
ISPM 15 (International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15) is a global standard established by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC) and applies to the treatment of wood used in transport packaging.
It includes the following key requirements:
✔ Heat Treatment (HT) at 56°C for at least 30 minutes for the wood used in packaging
✔ Phytosanitary marking including the country code, the producer’s registration number, and the “HT” designation
