This project involved the packaging of four energy shelters for a globally recognized energy solutions provider. The goal was to ensure their safe maritime transport to Dubai. For this purpose, custom heavy-duty wooden boxes were designed and built, capable of supporting the weight of each shelter—37 tons per unit.
Each shelter’s internal electrical components, including a 9-ton transformer, were secured and thoroughly protected from all potential hazards during transit. To further ensure their integrity, the shelters were vacuum-sealed in Alufoil, offering superior protection against moisture and corrosion—crucial for long-distance sea transport. This method guaranteed that the units would arrive at their destination in perfect condition.
