This project involved the packaging of chimney sections from a fertilizer production plant, scheduled for shipment to Iran. Custom wooden support saddles were specifically designed and built to ensure the secure positioning and stabilization of the chimney sections during handling and transport.
For maritime shipping, the chimneys were covered with heat-shrinkable polyethylene film, offering effective protection against environmental factors such as moisture, dust, and salt air.Additionally, the peripheral scaffolding of the chimneys were packaged in a way that ensured both their protection and optimal use of available space during transportation.
